-Draft, review, and revise different types of contracts (Software Development, SaaS, License, Services Agreements) and other legal documents;
-Prepare answers to the clients’ amendments/comments to the clients’ agreements, drafting agreements based on accepted amendments;
-Draft and review terms of use/website policies/public offers
-Review and draft official letters/official complaints/pre-court claims;
-Legal analyses and review of various kinds of agreements for day-to-day company operations;
-Review and draft legal opinions on related cases;
-Conduct research on legal issues relevant to the company's operations, and provide analysis and recommendations;
-Provide general day-to-day administrative, research, legal support to activities of the legal team, and contribute to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the legal team;
-Report to the Legal Team Lead of the Clients’ Stream;
-Perform other assignments and tasks from the Legal Team Lead of the Clients’ Stream.
