About the role
Based in Denver the Senior Developer will support the team, collaborate with value stream leadership and execute the product strategy. The rolewill be responsible to drive a high performance culture within the ABA team, ensure coding principals and standards are upheld and be a technical mentor and guide for the team.

Understand customer needs and how the product can satisfy them and design solutions accordingly
Write high quality code that meets functionality requirements
Ensuring Agile processes are used, enhanced and personal skills of the team are developed to ensure successful delivery of solutions
Drive application and process improvements
Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases as well as other trends in technologies in the market
You Are Passionate About Building amazing products that solve real world problems
Learning and growing personally and professionally
Solving complex problems through holistic and system thinking
You Have Experience In Software design and developing customer-orientated software
Educate and mentor individuals and teams on modern product development principles and practices
You have strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
Salesforce administration and development knowledge is desirable
5+ years' experience working in a similar industry
