Summary: United Construction Services, LLC. is a general contractor and civil subcontractor that services the power, energy and utility infrastructure markets . The Construction CEO is responsible for the overall operation of the organization, including:
Providing leadership and direction to ensure the company’s vision, mission, goals, and objectives are achieved
Working with executive staff to set goals and arrange programs to achieve them
Expanding the company
Driving profitability.
Primary Responsibilities: Develop and implement the company’s strategic plan in collaboration with senior leadership
Provide visionary leadership and guidance to all departments and employees
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient and effective performance
Lead and manage a team of senior executives, providing mentorship and support
Drive business development initiatives to expand the company’s market presence
Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes teamwork, innovation, and employee engagement
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards
Represent the company in external meetings, conferences, and industry events
Requirements: Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar senior leadership role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Demonstrated success in strategic planning and execution
Excellent business acumen with a deep understanding of financial management principles
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to make difficult decisions in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Extensive experience in business management and operations
