Responsibilities Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the retail CPG sector

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new retail partners and distribution channels

Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, including negotiating contracts and resolving any issues or concerns

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of sales plans and initiatives

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities

Analyze sales data and trends to develop sales forecasts and identify areas for improvement

Provide regular reports and updates to sales management on sales performance and market trends

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in the retail CPG industry

Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets

Strong understanding of the retail sector, including key retail trends and competitors

Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
