Contracts Administrator, LeadKey Role:Provide full life cycle support with a focus on terms and conditions, whitepaper and proposal support, project execution, and risk mitigation forOther Transaction (OT) prototype and follow-on production contracts,including both FAR and OT based. Provide expert advice and counsel to accountexecutives and their program leadership on contractual matters, includingcontract types, regulatory and corporate policy compliance requirements,organizational conflict of interest, and risk management, mitigation,and monitor operational performance.Support complex contract activity thatrequires the development of specialized contract vehicles and techniques toaccomplish business goals and objectives.
Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in contract administration, negotiations, andproposal preparation with the government, a combination of commercial,state, or local government, or international clients
Experience with fixed-price systems delivery contracts, including contractsfor software development or systems delivery
Experience negotiating contracts with industry partners, includingnon-disclosure and teaming agreements
Knowledge of contract concepts and contract acquisition law and regulations
Ability to support complex contract activity that requires the development ofspecialized contract vehicles and techniques to accomplish business goals andobjectives
Ability to draft moderate to complex non-routine contractual instruments
Ability to provide training to account teams on the unique characteristics ofOTs
Ability to use independent judgment and creativity to resolve contractualissues
Ability to develop customer relationships with internal and external customers
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with OT agreements
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
NCMA Professional Certification

Theprojected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to$220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents thetypical salary range for this position and is just one component of BoozAllen's total compensation package for employees.
