Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

Lead the design and development of innovative LED-integrated railing systems.

Utilize CAD software and specialized lighting design tools to create detailed engineering drawings, simulations, and 3D models.

Perform photometric analysis to optimize lighting quality and compliance with relevant standards.

Innovation and Improvement:

Apply advanced lighting technologies to enhance product performance and visual appeal.

Innovate and refine existing LED railing products based on technical feedback and market trends.

Testing and Validation:

Oversee the testing of prototypes and final products, focusing on lighting performance and durability.

Analyze test data to validate lighting designs and ensure they meet or exceed performance specifications.

Project Management:

Manage the product development lifecycle specifically for LED railing systems, from concept through to production.

Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Technical Support and Documentation:

Provide technical support related to LED lighting systems across departments, including sales and customer support.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for product specifications, installation guidelines, and maintenance protocols.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Lighting Design, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development with a specific focus on lighting systems.

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and lighting simulation software (e.g., AGi32, DIALux).

Strong understanding of photometrics, electrical systems, and LED technology.

Excellent project management and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
