Job Description

U.S. Bank is seeking a Technology Consultant with test environment management, scheduling, and operations experience to contribute toward the success of our Test Environment Management Group.

What you will do

Consult with application delivery partners to plan, schedule, maintain and coordinate the batches and calendars for execution to meet the testing requirements of business lines and application testing

Coordinate with stakeholders and service partners to ensure completion and resolve issues.

Plan and coordinate integrated test environment rebuilds to include timeline/SOE walk-throughs with participants; monitor execution and track completion

Follow up with issues and implement improvements.

Coordinate issue resolution and root cause investigation/analysis between applications, services, and business lines.

Plan and coordinate acquisition testing and environments and training bank platform. Facilitate test data refresh processing.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

At least 5 years of experience with concepts, philosophies and tools behind the design of applications, information and underlying information technologies

At least 8 years of experience with developing and implementing facilities

Preferred Skills/Experience

Working experience in Application delivery and scheduling .

Information management and security , System software infrastructure.

Project management in waterfall and agile environments with understanding of DevOps.

Provides test environment support and coordination for testing and development functions.

Coordinates and communicates environment activities and troubleshoots environmental issues.

Manages the Enterprise Release Calendar , environment refresh and execution scheduling.

Manages all quarterly rebuild documentation, test data, and database activities.

Analyzes current enterprise test environment processes, procedures, tools and technologies and recommends/tests/sources/implements alternatives.

Drive collaborative efforts with enterprise technology and business partners to improve testing capability and increase velocity .

Evaluates and creates process activities while adhering to applicable standards and audit findings; provides relevant managers with results.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $102,340.00 - $120,400.00 - $132,440.00
