Position: Multifamily Marketing Specialist
Become a valued member of the dynamic REEP Team as a Multifamily Marketing Specialist ! In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in shaping our branding, marketing, and promotional strategies, crafting innovative content, communications, and campaigns across our expanding portfolio of 22 properties (and counting). Your mission? Attracting new residents and achieving exceptional results for our communities and internal marketing customers.
Your Impact:
As the Multifamily Marketing Specialist, you'll have the exciting opportunity to apply your marketing expertise, introducing fresh ideas, best practices, and strategic guidance to our regional operations teams and internal marketing clients.
Your Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with leadership to bolster REEP Residential and Regional Operations by executing effective traditional and digital property marketing initiatives. These initiatives are crucial for supporting leasing efforts across stabilized and lease-up properties.
Tap into the support of our internal marketing team, your individual expertise, and preferred partner services to deliver next-level strategies. Your goal is to ensure the right marketing mix and approach are tailored to meet the unique needs of each property.
Engage in regular calls with regional leadership to evaluate marketing performance for individual properties. Your insights will drive adjustments in strategy, tactics, and marketing investments as necessary.
Take the lead in data analytics, ensuring consistent reporting aligned with industry KPIs, performance metrics, and marketing-specific targets.
Implement innovative marketing ideas and campaigns for prospects, resident referrals, residence events, etc., to boost our social media presence and drive qualified traffic to our communities.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of property marketing materials and signage, providing critical support for property managers and leasing agents.
Elevate our online property presence through various channels, employing engaging content, social media best practices, paid digital advertising campaigns, captivating photography, and video content to enhance traffic and meet performance goals.
Support our Day 1- Difference Program by actively participating in property takeover/onboarding processes, ensuring all marketing-related tasks are primed for launch on takeover day. This includes tasks like website updates, social media marketing materials, and ILS advertising.
Qualifications:
4-5 years of marketing experience, particularly in digital marketing, communications, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with ResMan and Apartment Ideas platforms is a valuable asset.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a strong advantage.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a collaborative team.
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage workloads, handle multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Proficient knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook/Meta Business Manager, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms that properties may utilize.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Cloud applications (particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
Strong creative writing skills with a talent for creating compelling website content and landing pages.
Demonstrated expertise in social media management.
Experience in the multifamily industry or related fields is highly preferred, although not required. We encourage you to showcase how your unique blend of marketing skills is a perfect match and how you plan to elevate the market.
