The Opportunity
The Territory Sales Manager, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, is responsible for the growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within the defined territory/region on ventilation products and/or services.

What You'll Do
Developing and maintaining target account list for Territory, engage stakeholders and internal resources to best serve customers
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars
Growing top line sales, converting target accounts and end users
Building product presentations to existing and potential new distributors along with developing long term strategic relationships with end users, home builders, remodelers, etc.
Time spent making joint sales calls with distributor and lumberyard salespeople.
Collects and reports information on all competitive activity, business opportunities, the voice of the customer, sales trends, and results within the assigned market providing input during monthly business review
Address administrative duties such as weekly activity reports, expense reports, periodic marketing reports, and advance planning.
Attend and participate in sales activities including customer site visits, telephone contacts, trade seminars and shows, product demonstrations/evaluations, customer seminars, and channel management
Demonstrate time & territory balance by executing planned activities to maximize time in the field with customers and prospects
Travel is required for 75% of the position.

What we need
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or related field or combination of education and experience
5-10 years of direct B2B sales experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
