EDUCATION/TRAINING EXPERIENCE

Provides analytics and support to program teams as requested in the areas of data preparation, data analysis using applicable statistical methods, protocols, report and responses to informatics inquiries
Serves as a liaison between program areas, business, clinical staff, and IT staff to support development and implementation of the EHR
Assists in the design and implementation of the EHR and programs
Administer program-specific data sets, including responsibilities related to data quality, data maintenance and archiving, analysis, documentation, and reporting as needed
Works under stress and in situations that demand patience, stamina, endurance, and tact while providing impeccable service
