Job Overview
We are seeking an Account Executive with a hunter mentality to lead our efforts to identify and acquire new clients, add value to existing client relationships, and achieve revenue targets. The successful candidate will have a winning sales personality, and a strong commitment to achieving results.
Responsibilities Sell Virtucom Service Solutions to K-12 school districts
Travel as needed to meet with customers and prospects
Earn the position of advisor to customers
Forecast sales (weekly)
Develop and maintain sales strategies/plans
Build productive long-lasting relationships with customers
Meet personal and team sales targets
Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
Attend meetings, sales events, and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.
Report and provide feedback to management
Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
Requirements Proven sales experience
Ability to work effectively
Track record of over-achieving quota
Knowledgeable on the K-12 Technology market
Willing to travel within the territory to visit customers and prospects
Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM
Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
Computer use competency
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Adaptability
Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
