This position is available immediately. Responsibilities include receptionist duties, calendaring for attorneys, sorting mail, communicating with clients, drafting correspondence for attorneys, and creating/diarying files.

Looking for a candidate with the following:

Strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail

Must be able to multi-task
