Customer Experience Agent

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Customer Experience Agent to join a well-established healthcare organization located in Kearny Mesa. Your primary responsibilities will be to answer inbound calls, schedule appointments, and assist patients over the phone with special inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback via multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and chat
Build rapport with customers by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and a genuine desire to help resolve their issues
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution
Answer a high volume of phone calls, schedule appointments and gather detailed information
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring data integrity and privacy
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Reliable transportation
Working Hours: Monday-Friday
40 hours per week
8:00am-5:00pm PST
No overtime hours

Contract-to-hire role
Located in Kearny Mesa, San Diego
Compensation: $18.00 per hour, increase upon conversion
