Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as a Full Time Autism/Developmental Disability Clinician!
We are looking for a Clinician to be part of a collaborative, dynamic multi-disciplinary team including a BCBA, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and mental health clinicians, to integrate therapeutic, psychiatric treatment in an Outpatient setting.

Behavioral Treatment Services is unique in that we can meet the person in their own environment. As a result, our prescribers can make more informed decisions regarding medication because of our clinicians’ feedback. Our program goals are to stabilize individuals within the community setting, reduce hospitalizations and facilitate reintegration into the community after hospitalization.
We are looking for someone who has the desire to gain more clinical experience with adults with Autism and/or Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities. We offer extensive training to those new to the field or with limited experience.
Our ideal candidate will have patience, compassion, and creativity to work with an often under-served and largely misunderstood population.

The Clinician will be responsible for:
conducting diagnostic evaluations
collaborating with DDS, day treatment, vocational and residential agencies to establish treatment protocols
providing individual, group and behavior consultations
clinical supervision is provided
Schedule : Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (40 hours)
Salary: $60,000/year for unlicensed/initial licensure; $63,000/year for independently licensed clinicians

Required Skills
Master's Degree in Social Work or related field required. Independent licensure (LICSW or LMHC) preferred
Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Basic computer fluency, including Microsoft Word, is required
Must have valid driver's license and reliable, personal vehicle for local travel
Required Experience
A minimum of 1-2 years experience required
