Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of experience leading and managing AI teams, with a proven track record of successfully developing and deploying AI solutions in production environments.
Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning techniques, natural language processing (NLP), and Generative AI models (e.g., GANs, VAEs).
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI models.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the financial services industry as they pertain to AI.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
