The Wealth Client Technology Manager i s a client-facing expert responsible for consulting and influencing client decisions. They are accountable for all aspects of client consulting and technology, delivering exceptional business results for Alight. The manager understands the client’s business strategy and ensures that Alight provides suitable solutions. Our aim is for customer and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities · Consulting and influencing decisions - leveraging knowledge and expert understanding of clients’ needs

· Identifiying and mitigating risk in technical delivery and subject matter expert for products

· Exceeding targets related to profitability, confluence adherence, and client satisfaction

· Utilizing expert knowledge of our internal systems to interpret complex client requirements

· Addressing questions related to unique situations, participant inquires, client escalations and requirements

· Driving stable and consistent delivery from internal and external partners. Also, using data to influence standardization and process innovation.

· Managing ad hoc client projects such as spins, plan redesigns, acquisitions and validating !CAT results

· Partnering with Oversight & Excellence team to prioritize projects/deliverables

· Acting as point of contact to Customer Care and Shared Services for client specific items

Requirements · Have a deep understanding of financial services industry regulations and compliance requirements.

· Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders on client deliverables

· Possess a deep understanding of financial services industry regulations and compliance requirements.

· Possess problem solving skills to deliver the best outcomes for clients. The ideal candidate will have a forward-thinking approach, adapt to changing circumstances, and demonstrate a proactive attitude.

· Possess a wealth of experience and outstanding interpersonal skills. They excel in cultivating cohesive team dynamics by fostering mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.

· Show ability to speak multiple languages (Spanish)
