Customer Service Specialist

The customer service specialist representative role is an intricate entry level position. On a day to day basis the customer service representative will show/display the products and services that our clients have to offer to the retail consumer base. We negotiate with clients often so good communication is a must. A lot of our clients are in the electronics industry so knowledge and efficiency with smart devices (ipads, tablets, computers) is imperative. Following procedure, compliance and listening skills are pertinent to this position and the success of a sales representative. We don't require the candidate to be experienced in sales. We are seeking a candidate that has proven they have excellent people skills, they are excited to learn and highly motivated. We have a great team culture and very friendly staff so we would want this candidate to contribute towards that.
