Receiving support from a group of geotechnical professionals, with 2 to 30+ years of experience, and who continuously coordinate, collaborate remotely, and foster training.

Completing independent project related tasks and collaborating with multiple-discipline design and project teams.

Offering strong communication skills and the ability to work with a team across the nation and, possibly, around the world.

You will be mentored by senior and mid-level geotechnical professionals, which is a key component of this position. Our approach intends to foster your professional growth and technical excellence by daily, in person, in office, collaboration sessions. Future benefits such as flexible hours and flexibility to work from home or remote from office may be available for this position. You will have the opportunity to work toward obtaining the AECOM Project Management Certification, if you want to go into Project Management. This is not a requirement or even necessarily a preference, but it would be encouraged after a year of working at AECOM and 5 to 10 years in Geotechnical Engineering, only if you are interested.

Candidates should be prepared to travel a minimum of 25% for field work at active construction sites to support other offices and/or AECOM employees, as needed.
