Job Details: Job Description: Come join Intel's Client Engineering Group responsible for designing Client SoCs that make up more than half of Intel's annual revenue. We are seeking a SoC (System on Chip) Power and Performance Engineer ready to research, design, develop, and test lead Intel designs as we reimagine how to build SoCs at Intel and in the semiconductor industry. These skills are critical to designing the highest performing products for ever decreasing power envelopes.

Your responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

Drive power and performance optimizations for new SoC designs.

Build and analyze SoC Product level models to predict and optimize power and performance.

Evaluate product power impacts from device and parasitic scaling architectural changes, through employing large dataset simulations and analysis, to provide feedback for product design and process decisions.

Product optimization from pre-silicon thru post-silicon, driving post-silicon correlation back to pre-silicon power models.

Qualifications: You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering or any STEM related field

5+ years of experience with CMOS circuits, device physics, and timing analysis

3 years of experience with power and performance optimization techniques

3 years of experience with software scripting languages, such as Perl, Python, or Visual Basic
