Requirements

3+ years travel industry experience

Strong knowledge of travel technology systems (BookingBuilder Genie, Magnatech Ontrack, GDS Scriptwriting, etc)

Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Galileo, Worldspan, Sabre)

Bachelor's degree or a related experience

2+ years of experience in technical support or a related role

Experience with mid-office automation and quality control systems

Familiarity with various booking platforms (Travelport Cruise & Tour, SAP Concur, etc)

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

Detail-oriented and able to remain organized
