We’re seeking a Warehouse Manager for a Direct Hire position for a D2C consumer distribution company located in La Puente, CA. Responsibilities:
Warehouse Manager will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, with a particular focus on maximizing our Amazon strategy.
Develop and implement warehouse strategies to ensure efficient and effective management of inbound and outbound logistics, including direct shipments to Amazon centers.
Oversee the receipt, storage, and timely distribution of goods, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and quality of orders.
Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, and sales teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels, optimizing for space utilization and turnover rates.
Implement best practices in warehouse management, leveraging technology and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Manage relationships with logistics partners, carriers, and Amazon representatives to ensure compliance with service agreements and operational standards.
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse operations, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
Lead, motivate, and develop the warehouse team, promoting excellence in performance, teamwork, and career progression.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and distribution effectiveness, taking corrective actions as needed.
Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in warehouse management, with specific expertise in managing inbound and outbound logistics and Amazon distributions.
Strong knowledge of (WMS), inventory management practices, and logistics software.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to train, motivate, and lead a high-performing team.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Bilingual in Mandarin REQUIRED
Experience operating a electric forklift a plus
$70-80k a year + full benefits
Monday- Friday 9am-6pm
