Project Manager, Americas Marketing Operations How You Will Make a Difference What you will do: Support the management of multiple creative projects at one time, ensuring projects are clearly communicated to creative team and delivered on time. This includes facilitating the entire sprint process from kickoff through delivery and implementing retrospective feedback for future work.

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, reports, and required project documentation.

Proactively identify timeline risks and elevate issues to stakeholders and leadership in a timely manner.

Usher solutions to fruition and ensure all team members are free of roadblocks with a high degree of confidence, independence, and sound judgement.

Ensure ongoing reporting and data maintenance with incredible attention to detail.

Receive and distill all briefs so that a clear understanding between brief owner and creative team is reached prior to creative work inception.

Document project process, including status updates, and timeline changes utilizing internal project management tools to keep projects on track. Be able to provide real-time project status at any given moment.

Act as a gatekeeper and manage feedback from stakeholders to creative team.

Identify efficiency and process opportunities, providing resolution recommendations to team and manager for feedback.

Exemplify grace under pressure when dealing with constraints outside of one’s control. This includes last-minute requests, marketing priority shifts, and a lack of all the necessary details required to finish a task.

Working knowledge of the following online project management and software tools a plus: Box, Wrike, Microsoft Office Suite, Keynote, and Figma.

Ability to establish an independent view and effectively collaborate in decision making with cross-functional partners.

Proven track record of managing multiple projects and timelines while staying organized, deadline oriented, and maintaining superior attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to peers, leaders, and creatives.

Summarize data and reporting with proactive action items to help inform decision making.

Manage multiple priorities with professionalism and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Servant leadership, self-awareness, and ability to empathize with others to overcome challenges and resolve conflict.
