Normal Hours:
Commonly prior to 8AM through after 5PM, Monday-Friday with occasional weekends
General Description (major areas of responsibility of this position):
A person in this position is responsible for ensuring the stable operation of the corporate computer systems. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting and optimizing all IT systems including Workspaces, server hardware, software and storage links. This person will also analyze and resolve end user hardware and software computer problems in a timely and accurate fashion. Must support in-house and hosted server applications and infrastructure, network systems and end-user devices. Excellence is demonstrated consistently and process improvements are contributed.
Minimum Qualifications:
Formal Training (courses, degrees, and credentials required):
AA Degree or equivalent; BA preferred
Google Professional Workspace Administrator Professional Certificate (Preferred)
Experience (type and amount of experience required):
Meeting the below KSAVs and
Minimum 2 years of exceptional work within systems administration

Makes sure the proper materials are on hand, and that tools, and equipment are in good working order; reports non-working tools and equipment to supervisor.
Supports the development and maintenance of well-documented departmental performance standards, policies, and procedures.
Participates in department meetings and collaborates with supervisor to continually improve efficiency and to develop and achieve realistic goals and effective strategies to meet Company objectives.
Supports a climate for job-related open communication among people and between departments.
Performs other responsibilities as required.
Job-Specific Responsibilities:
Key to this job is to deliver a high-quality customer experience while increasing the profitable sales of Company products and services. Creates and maintains promoters (raving fans) of clients.
Growing knowledge in all products carried and educates customers on products that service their needs.
Identifies helpful opportunities for customers through expanding the use of Company products and services. Helpful and persuasive.
Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems
Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
Respond to and resolve help desk requests
Create and verify backups of data
May train others in systems administration
Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes ●

Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
Engages in work that is intellectual or creative
Produces work that is highly skilled and proficient in the theoretical and practical application of highly specialized information to computer systems analysis, programming and software engineering.
Engages in duties that consist of one or more of the following:

Responsible for applying systems analysis techniques and procedures, including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications.
Responsible for designing, developing, documenting, analyzing, creating, testing or modifying computer systems or programs, including prototypes, based on and related to user or system design specifications.
Responsible for documenting, testing, creating or modifying computer programs related to the design of software or hardware for computer operating systems.
