Summary
ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for an Experience Ambassador for ASM Global/Mercedes-Benz Superdome | Smoothie King Center | Champions Square.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as an extension of Event Coordinator in a part time capacity for all appropriate events
Serve as the main point of contact for his/her appropriate gate location during the event door opening process
Always maintain professional demeanor and attire
Resolve any front of house patron/ticket/building issue throughout the event that requires a management presence
Maintain communication with Event Coordinator during every event
Contact appropriate personnel to resolve issues throughout event
Communicate with other part time team members effectively, including policy and procedure updates when applicable
Attend pre-event briefing and make notes of any changes on the information sheet
Track, compile and provide post-event notes for every event
Monitor all front of house areas of the building throughout the event
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Must successfully pass a criminal background check
Must be 18 years of age or older
Extensive building knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, Smoothie King Center, and Champions Square
Excellent communication skills
Prior managerial skills preferred
Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Able to work all major events
Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or equivalent
