Qualifications:
• Ability toeffectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom willrequire high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger, collectaccurate information and resolve.
• Ability to understandand follow directions
• Excellent customer service skills
• Hotel experienceis preferred, not required.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible forgreeting customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.
• Will use apositive and clear speaking voice, listen to, and understand requests, respondwith appropriate action, and provide accurate information such as outlet hoursand local attractions.
• Completingrequired shift paperwork, reports as assigned by General Manager, and end ofshift cash closing procedures
• Creating guestreservation, completing guest registration, applying charges and payment toguest folios.
