Catchy is growing its marketing department and we’re searching for a talented Marketing Manager to join our team. We are seeking a candidate who has experience running digital programs from collaborating on initial strategy through implementation. In this role you will work with one of Catchy’s most exciting clients, managing and executing digital marketing plans across social media, paid media, email campaigns, and virtual events.
What You Will Do
Collaborate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital campaigns, email campaigns and social media in support of stakeholders' key objectives.
Conduct monthly planning, creation and management of editorial calendars in alignment of stakeholders objectives.
Manage content creation, scheduling and posting on client accounts.
Develop, maintain and execute email campaigns
Develop, maintain and provide reporting insights on KPIs across team deliverables to provide highlights, opportunities and recommendations for improvement
Create and maintain a Marketing Playbook that align with stakeholder guidelines and expectations across Catchy deliverables.
Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to support content production needs across deliverables from creative assets to technical blogs.
Provide support for Virtual Event activations across the developer community.
Cross collaborate with subject matter experts within Catchy to provide best-in-class service to all clients.
What You Will Bring
We are searching for a candidate that has experience working in both paid and organic social media with a B2B focus. The ideal candidate will have an interest in working in a fast-paced agency environment and a passion for technology.
Digital Marketing Experience: You have 3-5+ years of digital marketing experience at an agency or consulting firm.
Project Management : Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables with competing deadlines.
Leadership Excellence: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and grow creative talent, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Communication and Engagement: Outstanding communication skills to articulate a clear vision, engage with technical teams, clients, and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and commitment
Industry Expertise: You have extensive knowledge in digital marketing for B2B technology companies. Preference will be given to candidates with a deep understanding of blockchain technology.
Requirements:
3-5 years of digital marketing experience at an agency or consulting firm.
Proven experience with executing email campaigns on Platforms such as Iterable, Marketo, and MailChimp
Proven experience executing digital marketing programs for B2B
Proven experience in using Social Media Management platforms such as Sprout, Sprinklr, Hootsuite
Experience with Asana or Monday preferred
Proven experience becoming a trusted partner to clients
Ability to successfully influence, collaborate, and drive change across multiple workstreams
Strong verbal and written communication skills
