Inflow Data Analyst

The Data Analyst manages the processing, storage, modeling, and presentation of data to support efficient consumption by downstream users and applications. This position is in charge of making sure the necessary data is available, accurate, and easily accessible for a wide range of primarily analytical use cases. This role is responsible for optimization and automation of key data processes. By interacting directly with a wide range of stakeholders and peers, the Data Analyst helps drive solution development in an Agile fashion, preferring fast delivery with frequent feedback over perfect solutions. The role exists as part of a team while simultaneously requiring high degree of independence in terms of elucidating requirements, seeking feedback, exploring new technologies, and maintaining a relevant skillset. Data Analyst are responsible for supporting the solutions under their management, which includes training teammates & users, quickly engaging with critical issues to drive efficient resolution, and proactively identifying risks for mitigation. They must also seek to continuously optimize their solutions by leveraging the latest technology, best practices, 3rd-party solutions & vendors, and resource / solution rationalization.

High School
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant Experience to include:
Business Intelligence / Analytics / Data Science: Experience using BI (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, MicroStrategy)
Agile: Scrum / Kanban, regular standups, showcases, and restrospectives, experience using Agile project management software (e.g. Jira, Rally, Planner).
DevOps: Experience facilitating promotion of configurations / code / data through test and production environments. Experience interacting with a repository and applying Gitflow concepts for revision control. Experience with SQL Server, PowerShell, C#, Excel, CSV files, and GitHub.
Continuous Learning: Seeks to stay current with latest practices and technology in the field through publications, training, and conferences.
Education:
Data Modeling or Engineering certification
Premier’s compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $80,000 - $148,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
