*Links Technology Solutions* is actively searching for a talented and experienced *Senior Machine Learning Engineer* to join our client's team. As a *Senior Machine Learning Engineer*, you will play a crucial role in establishing a new line of business for a DOD contract. You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of engineers to deliver cutting-edge AI products and solutions.
*Responsibilities of the Sr. Machine Learning Engineer:*
* Design and implement machine learning systems using software engineering best practices
* Research and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools based on data science and statistical principles
* Conduct experiments to evaluate and improve the performance of machine learning models
* Develop machine learning applications according to requirements using programming languages such as Python, Java, Scala, R, or C#
* Select appropriate datasets and data representation methods
* Run machine learning tests and experiments
* Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results
* Train and retraining systems when necessary
* Extend existing ML libraries and frameworks
* Keep abreast of developments in the field of machine learning
* Provide leadership and guidance to a team of engineers
*Qualifications of the Sr. Machine Learning Engineer:*
* Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or Machine Learning
* US citizenship required
* 5+ years of experience in a machine learning engineering role
* Proven ability to lead and develop a team of engineers
* Deep knowledge of machine learning algorithms, tools, and techniques
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Deep ML knowledge and Python/C# proficiency
* 2 Years experience in sensor fusion for autonomous vehicles:
* Computer vision
* Radar signal processing
* Lidar signal processing
* Control theory
* Security data analysis, automation, and solution development experience
