SUMMARY OF POSITION

Reporting directly to the Senior Brand Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our agency's services, strengthen our brand presence, and generate leads. The ideal candidate is a results-driven marketer with a passion for experiential marketing, excellent copywriting skills, an eye for design, and a proven track record of creating and executing successful campaigns.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

STRATEGIC PLANNING

Collaborate with the Senior Brand Marketing Director to develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the experiential marketing landscape.

Identify new opportunities for OBE to showcase its work, gain mind and market share, and drive new leads.

CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are on-brand, on-time, and on-budget.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and new business, to deliver integrated and cohesive campaigns.

DIGITAL MARKETING

Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.

CONTENT DEVELOPMENT + MANAGEMENT

Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging across all OBE marketing channels.

Create compelling and engaging content for various channels, including social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc), email, website, and presentations.

Maintain website by making regular content updates and recommendations to improve our user experience.

Curate and maintain agency history, bio and stats to be used in RFI and RFP responses, industry listings, press boilerplates and more.

Develop and submit agency and project award submissions in collaboration with internal teams to maintain our award-winning status and drive earned media.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather and archive content and information from each project executed by OBE, for use in marketing materials.

Proactively work with project teams to obtain permissions and understanding of permissions to capture and share project work for OBE marketing purposes.

Manage and maintain project image / video library.

Keep up to date on new tools, platforms and technologies to improve marketing performance, reach and/or measurement.

EVENT + EXPERIENTIAL MARKETING

Collaborate with internal teams to integrate strategic marketing asks into client campaigns and content capture.

Identify, recommend, and coordinate speaking opportunities for our internal experts and executives to grow awareness of our agency and reinforce our expertise.

Drive awareness and engagement through targeted pre-event and post-event marketing efforts.

Support client-hosting efforts as needed.

COLLABORATION + STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and industry partners.

Be a universal resource team members can go to for recommendations on which case studies we can/should use for various opportunities.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Education

Proven experience (2-4 years) in marketing; experiential marketing agency a plus.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or related field preferred.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Comfortable working in a productive environment as a hands-on team player who can also operate independently.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.

Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and brand aesthetics.

Must be highly organized and have a high level of attention to detail.

Professional personality that interacts well with all levels of agency.

Other Qualities & Skills

A master of Keynote and highly proficient in Microsoft Office.

Interest in / knowledge of design programs (i.e. Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)

Natural curiosity—the drive to always be learning and growing, professionally and personally.

High energy and flexibility in working non-traditional hours as needed (some nights and weekends as deadlines dictate).

Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (up to 4 days in office) and travel up to 50% of the time.

Compensation Range: $72,000 - $110,000 annually. This is the pay range OBE believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on level of experience, relevant skills, professional certifications, market pay, and demand for the role. OBE reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, Benefits include: medical/dental/vision insurance, employer paid basic life and personal accident insurance. Also included: Annual Profit Sharing/Bonus Plan based on the company’s performance and your individual performance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, PTO, STD/LTD insurance benefits.
