We are seeking a Manager, Performance Marketing to optimize our performance marketing efforts at ManyChat. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics. You will be expected to leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns effectively and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will report to the Head of Performance Marketing and will manage a dynamic team who will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the company's objectives.

Develop and execute innovative performance marketing strategies to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels, including PPC/SEM, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product/UX, brand, creative, content, and customer success departments, to develop a cohesive and effective marketing strategy.

Analyze campaign performance data to refine and optimize marketing efforts continually.

Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling advertising materials and ensure brand consistency.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in digital marketing technologies, and implement new tactics to maintain competitive advantage.

Lead, mentor, and expand the performance marketing team to support business growth.

Establish strong relationships with key marketing platform partners and vendors.

Provide detailed reports and analysis to senior management highlighting campaign results and investment impacts.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of successful performance marketing strategies.

Expertise in various advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).

Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.

Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of the organization.

Innovative and creative, with a concise, precise, and effective approach to problem-solving.
