Account Executive

TRL is looking for an Account Executive who is a high-performing individual able to achieve growth targets by offering comprehensive service and installation portfolios of security systems to both new and existing clients. You will be the catalyst behind the TRL Systems brand, developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.
You will forge and grow new business opportunities by communicating with decision makers to assess their needs and determine the most appropriate plan of action for each client. We are looking for you to take initiative to confidently represent the company to new, existing and prospective clients, strategically negotiating and closing deals to meet defined sales quotas.
A day as an Account Executive at TRL Systems, will include sourcing and following up on sales opportunities, managing pipelines, setting up new customer, job walks, estimating coordination with applicable Department/Resources, proposal drafting, bid documentation coordination, customer visits, new business development, and client relations.
Day To Day Responsibilities
Generate new sales opportunities through networking and relationship building
Manage the entire sales cycle from finding new customers to closing deals
Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to new and existing customers
Update and maintain the company CRM to provide accurate sales forecasting to management
Work with the Estimating Department to create estimates and proposals for customers
Punctuality and regular attendance
Required Skills:
5+ years in Business to Business (B2B) sales experience
High school diploma (or equivalent)
Other Requirements:
Valid California Driver License and proof of auto insurance
We also conduct pre-employment drug screening in accordance with Federal Contractor regulations and background checks in accordance with State and local regulations.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Repetitive substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
Walk, drive, bend, stoop, hear, and speak
Stand or sit for extended periods of time (4+ hours)
Drive for 2+ hours in a work shift/day
Work is performed on construction sites, in commercial buildings, high rise buildings, and/or hospitals.
