Experience and Qualifications:
At least two to three years of marketing/business development experience, including elevating teams in law or other professional services firms
Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or related field is preferred, but not required
Keen understanding of legal marketing industry
Ability to work well with others and maintain positive and cooperative working relationships internally and externally
Excellent verbal/written/interpersonal communication skills within a variety of settings
Ability to work well under pressure within a deadline-driven environment
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Ability to present a professional and polished image and demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, social media platforms, and CRM management is needed
Ability to work extended and/or weekend hours, as required
Ability to travel, as required
