1. SCHOOL-BASED (SLP or CF)
Part time or Full time positions
Locations - Throughout the Phoenix-Metro Valley (East, Central & West Valley)
Follow a School Calendar & enjoy Fall, Winter, Spring & Summer Breaks
Manageable caseloads monitored by a dedicated Schools Director
Direct therapy or Supervisory roles available
Supervisory/Mentor roles have greatest flexibility (mom-friendly) with HYBRID schedule that allows a balance of home and on-site

Responsibilities
Plan and provide school-based group and/or individual therapeutic interventions with a variety of disabilities
Use of creative and engaging therapy ideas to increase client's attention, motivation and progress
Share and collaborate with other team members (families, teachers, staff)
Data collection: complete accurate daily notes, quarterly progress & IEP using web-based documentation system
Demonstrate positive rapport with students, families and staff
Comply with all school processes to adhere to state/federal guidelines for therapy delivery
Evaluations, screenings, classroom observations and teacher collaboration

Requirements
Arizona Level One IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Licensed to practice physical, occupational, speech therapy in the state of Arizona
CPR & Article 9 training
