Grow with Arm as part of our Solutions Engineering Technology Management team! Our technology managers (TMs) are responsible for the silicon implementation products and engagements that translate Arm soft IP (RTL) into a product ready for tapeout and manufacturing at advanced-node semiconductor foundries. You have the opportunity to partner with some of the largest semiconductor companies and be exposed to the newest technology in design, development, manufacturing, packaging and analysis.
As a TM, you will work with customers and Arm internal partners to define and capture requirements for system level IP products, mapping the products to foundry and advanced packaging technologies, and working with ecosystem partners to deploy competitive product solutions to the end markets. You will report into the Director of Technology Management based in San Jose, CA.
Job Overview:
As a technology manager, you will influence the Arm implementation strategies and solutions roadmap in the automotive and client market segments in collaboration with segment and product managers. You will drive technical engagements with partners to develop exciting new consumer products based on Arm architecture and system IP. You will orchestrate the collaboration across internal and external engineering teams from design win through to tapeout and product bring-up, building the future of computing, on Arm.
Technology managers have broad understanding of requirements in various market segments and applications and can provide expert advice on IP reuse across application segments. TMs are aware of advanced node process technologies and how to map Arm products to the appropriate technology node. TMs collaborate with multi-functional teams, including sales, marketing, licensing and engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
Manage the Arm Solutions Engineering products across market segments
Partner with Arm’s lines of business to prioritize requirements of Arm’s products
Provide directions and priorities to engineering teams
Orchestrate the technical collaboration between Arm’s engineering team and partners’ engineering teams
Provide competitive insights and recommendations to guide future product definition
Supervise industry adoption of future process nodes in advanced SoC and chiplet designs
Monitor and status tracking of partner engagements
Required Skills and Experience :
Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field
Strong background in ASIC and SOC design and knowledge of semiconductor physical design, IP and design flows
General knowledge of semiconductor processing and foundry landscape
Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to present comfortably to executives and engineers
Willingness to take ownership of a problem and drive through conclusion
“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Completed product tapeouts with finFET or gate-all-around devices
Knowledge of automotive Functional Safety and ISO 26262 compliance
Experience in working glo with international customers and partners
Ability to travel as needed

Salary Range:
From: $198,027
To: $267,920
