Target Skill Set/Experience Any experience in an operations center
Can handle the stress level of working an outage
Important to have good communication skills - proper grammar - will be required to send internal team and external emails/updates
Interest in networking
CCNA is great
Troubleshooting and technical skills similar to Spectrum's ETS group
Experience with equipment they would be working on is a plus
