Joining our global team, you will be a Retail Media for the North America region and contribute to delivery of the growth strategy. Youll work with world class and passionate people to support new and existing client account development, drive proposition innovation be an expert in Retail Media consulting. Youll work within a fast-paced team, contributing to dunnhumby Customer Engagement and Media growth and act as thought leader in the Region. Externally, youll work with our clients to identify and implement improvements to existing capabilities and to develop and deploy new strategic Customer Experience solutions.
**What We Expect From You**
* Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject. A Customer first mindset and passion for elevating the Customer experience
* Extensive customer driven Retail media strategy development and planning across marketing, selling and servicing with complex, multi-channel, multi-site retail clients.
* Strong knowledge of the market and competitor landscape for retail media and Customer Experience strategy and delivery.
* Consultative approach to identifying client needs and delivering appropriate solutions.
* Good working knowledge of enabling technologies for media and broader customer experience
* Demonstrable experience of working with digital media agencies.
* Proven track record for great collaboration with clients and colleagues.
