A Technical Project Manager to drive the inter-connected programs. This role requires working closely with software development groups across the organization to ensure successful delivery of critical initiatives. The position requires regular communication with executive management for status, risks, and mitigations. Excellent listening and writing skills, as well as strong technical competency is essential. The ideal candidate can focus on both delivery and customers.. Manage sprints, demos, backlog grooming, and retrospective meetings to identify process improvements

Regularly communicate with senior management regarding the status of specific project deliverables, and interact with clients to set and manage expectations

Create clarity around business objectives through the development and refinement of user stories

Skills Needed: 6-8+ years experience in a Project Management working in large multi-team environments

Experience with Jira, or Monday.com

Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, and practices

Knowledge of Agile techniques like User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, and Automated Testing

Technical background with a Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Software, Project Management

Preferred: PMP certification

Agile certification

Prior gaming industry experience
