Description
The Head of Product plays a vital role at AG Mednet by leading the Product team and defining the strategic direction for the Product function. This role requires leveraging extensive experience and expertise to drive the development of client-driven value propositions, enhance the organization's market position, stay ahead of competitors, and optimize the team's product delivery capabilities.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the COO, executive team, and stakeholders to establish the company's product strategy and roadmap, set organizational goals and plans, and align key product initiatives with strategic objectives.
Be a player-coach: Actively own product responsibilities while also leading and mentoring our existing team
Develop a comprehensive product roadmap that addresses client needs, identifies exciting opportunities, and mitigates risks.
Closely collaborate with development, client service, and commercial teams.
Foster a culture of passion and innovation, prioritizing the delivery of a world-class client experience.
Monitor, analyze, and provide insights into market trends and competitor activities.
Define a clear product vision, articulate the desired client experience, and ensure successful product delivery.
Actively engage in client segmentation, conduct client research, and analyze user feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Establish, manage, and optimize product processes and frameworks to support efficient product delivery.
Take an active role in client conversations that drive product innovation and commercial success.
Work closely with the COO to ensure alignment of plans and strategies.
Requirements
10+ years of product management experience in a technology-driven environment.
Demonstrated success in building and refining product strategies.
Ability to create and manage a product roadmap that aligns with the company's overall strategy.
A strong willingness to roll up your own sleeves and actively take on product management responsibilities.
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders.
Proven expertise in client segmentation and research.
Familiarity with product management processes and frameworks.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred.
Experience leading in both large tech companies and startup environments is a plus.
Previous experience in clinical trials or healthcare/life science companies is strongly preferred.
