Dual Hotel General Manager

Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced Multi-Property General Manager for two signature hotel properties near Waltham, MA . This premier hospitality company has been rapidly expanding with now more than 20 hotels in its portfolio and has looked to expand internationally. This role will oversee operations across two hotels with a few hundred rooms and will be tasked with training and developing the staff and leadership team.
Compensation: Base salary range of $100,000 to $120,000, potential 25% bonus based on performance, full group health insurance (company pays 50% for single coverage), 3% salary 401(k) match up to 5%, 2 weeks vacation, 5 sick days and more!
Qualifications:
5 years of Hotel GM experience
Marriott Brand Background
Demonstrated experience and capability in the areas of budget development, fiscal management, strategic planning, staff management
Financial Acumen of $10M+ in revenue
