Elevance Health operates in a Hybrid Workforce Strategy, providing various levels of flexibility while also ensuring that associates have opportunities to connect in-person. The **Business RPA Consultant** is responsible for building and implementing enterprise business solutions utilizing RPA and other software.
**How You Will Make an Impact**
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
+ Creates and maintains BOTs that will interact with multiple internal and external applications.
+ Works with cross-functional team members for process identification and feasibility, solving issues that arise in day to day running and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
+ Creates Proof of Concepts to help the business recognize the feasibility of an automated solution using Robotic Process Automation software and other business software.
+ Leads structured peer reviews and walkthroughs.
+ Participates in the technical design and development including creating and maintaining solution documentation.
+ Maintains and improves existing applications by working closely with business stakeholders to map existing work processes and identify productivity opportunities.
+ Ensures best practices are being followed at each stage of the development life cycle.
**Minimum Requirements:**
Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 7 years relevant experience, at least 2 years experience building Robots utilizing Robotics Process Automation (RPA) software; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
**Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:**
+ Excellent communication skills and accuracy are key.
+ 3 years experience using UiPath Studio or 5 years building .NET applications preferred.
+ Experience with business analytics software, Microsoft Power Suite, or other finance automation software a plus.
+ Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science preferred.
+ Experience in leading other associates in a team environment to drive business solutions strongly preferred.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $89,840 to $161,712
