Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order inquiries.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and diplomacy.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.
