We believe that great teachers and school leaders, a supportive learning environment, and an emphasis on both academics and character are the foundation for student success, and we strive to provide these for every child.

KIPP New Orleans strives to be an increasingly more anti-racist organization, and we seek to intentionally uplift Black and Brown lives. We recognize the importance of an inclusive environment and believe in providing programming that acknowledges racial injustices, biases and our own identities.
