We are seeking a Digital Director to join our digital team! They will work in hospitality, fashion, lifestyle, spirits, and home businesses.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Report to the VP of Digital.

Serve as a social media and influencer expert.

Collaborate with the digital and PR teams to develop social media strategies and influencer campaigns.

Manage the execution of paid and owned social media and influencer strategies.

Ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.

Develop and execute creative content creation opportunities.

Supervise copy and editing for all client and agency social content.

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with content creators and social media influencers.

Manage the development and distribution of measurement reports.

Provide social listening and competitor reports analyzing content, audience, and performance.

Identify platform change opportunities and emerging social platforms.

Stay updated on the latest social media and digital developments.

Mentor the team on accounts.

Participate in new business proposals and presentations.

Communicate with client executives regarding social media campaigns, content calendars and execution, influencer engagement, and paid media.

Lead the execution of influencer events and activations.

Qualifications:

4+ years of direct digital experience (agency or in-house).

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field.

Experience executing social media and influencer campaigns across all major social media platforms.

Previous experience in social media management, social listening, and influencer marketing.

Able to create social media content using Photoshop and InDesign.

Working relationships with content creators and social media influencers.

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Passionate about social media, influencer marketing, culture, arts, fashion, and lifestyle.
