The Position:
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable populations? We have an exciting new position for a Program Manager for our Enhance Care Management (ECM) program. This is an opportunity to implement, develop and facilitate the program growth of this new program. You will lead a team of care managers that provide essential care to address the needs of children/youth and their families.
What You’ll Do Manage daily operations of the ECM program, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Provide supervision, support, and evaluation to the ECM team for optimal client outcomes.
Maintain program compliance and foster a culture of continuous improvement in client care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated and effective client support.
Cultivate strong relationships with community partners.
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions on program policies and procedures.
Hours: Full-time (minimum 40 hours per week)
Starting Salary: $67,000 - $75,000 (commensurate on experience)

Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.
Knowledge and experience in program development, team management and supervision of care managers.
Strong organizational skills.
Experience with training and providing guidance and supervision to a team of case managers.
Must be able to work as a team player, in a teamwork environment.
Must be enthusiastically committed to the overall well-being of the department and the objectives of the Center.
Master’s degree in social work, public health, behavioral health, or social services.
License in social work, marriage and family therapy, or clinical psychology preferred, but not required.
