THE ROLE And What You’ll Do Qcue is looking for a Manager, Business Development with a hunter’s mentality. The position will report directly to the SVP and serve as an integral part of the Qcue leadership team. You’ll focus on creating new business while cultivating healthy partnerships with existing customers. Lead Qcue’s business development activities with an emphasis on building new business in the sports and live entertainment industry.

Grow existing partnerships by increasing product utilization.

Prospect to develop new business through outreach and networking, which includes growing existing relationships and offerings of current Qcue customers.

Develop revenue maximization strategies for both new business and existing business.

Execute a defined sales process from initial outreach through the legal phase and fulfillment.

Build customer relationships through strategic conversations and excellent listening skills to understand the client’s pricing and sales goals.

Assist in the execution of various organizational functions.

Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives employed within the sports and live entertainment industry.

The ideal candidate is someone who can take responsibility and ownership of his/her portfolio of both new customers and the existing Qcue customer base, while providing feedback to our pricing, product and analytics teams who are constantly creating new solutions. You'll often be the first one to introduce new features, and for that reason you'll have to be comfortable excelling in an environment where the applications used daily are changing under your feet. You Have These Extensive experience with account management, a defined sales process and solution-based selling.

5 years minimum of full-time software sales or relatable experience.

Proven prospector with a track record of securing initial meetings.

Preferred proficiency in utilizing and selling data driven software.

Creativity and experience negotiating with C-level executives.

Desire to work as a collaborative, self-starter.

Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to work within a rapidly changing environment.

Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with individuals at every level of the organization.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
