The Sr. Manager of Regional Account Management (RAM) is responsible for leading a team of account sales manager in the Western US. You will be accountable for realizing continuous growth of our Professional Display Solutions sales business in the North America market. Responsibilities include establishing and successfully executing on midrange strategies, having direct engagement with customers, and setting and driving sales action plans that result in new business and accelerated growth. This involves planning, forecasting, execution of promotions, and related marketing activities to meet budget and KPI commitments. Responsibilities include managing a team of account managers in the successful execution of sales plans and strategies to meet revenue and profit objectives, and providing accurate sales forecasts for planning purposes. In addition, this position will manage the marketing development funds to maximize ROI. In addition, the Sr. Manager of Regional Account Management will establish and maintain strong customer relationships with major customers within account base to grow overall business share.
Minimum Qualifications :
4-year degree in business or related field.
At a minimum, 7-10 years of experience driving sales in the professional display market.
Proven ability to build and execute a sales plan that enables team to meet/exceed related KPIs.
Skilled at managing a team including forecasting and reporting on sales pipeline activity
Must have deep knowledge of the professional display industry and products
Ability to engage and build relationships with end-users, negotiate, and collaborate with internal and external partners to close on new business.
Prior experience with creating and executing major account penetration plans. Experience managing multiple reseller/integrator partners. Experience with digital signage and collaboration.
Must have a broad business background, strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrated creativity in overcoming sales barriers.
Must be able to make professional and compelling presentations; communicate effectively to large and small audiences; and have strong organization and time management skills.
Experience and competency with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Ability for Overnight travel is required
Requires regular business travel (minimum 50%)
Candidate must live in Western U.S.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience managing a sales team preferred.
Ability to quickly understand and analyze sales data
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM tool
Consistent track record for exceeding company expectations.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $98,000 to $129,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for a bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision), paid medical leave after three months of employment, a 401k plan with matching company contributions, vacation time, education assistance, student loan assistance program, eighty hours of paid sick leave time annually, and up to twelve weeks paid parental leave after six months of employment.
