7 -10 years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience
5+ years of experience in Executive/Partner/Managing Director recruiting
Demonstrated experience working with and influencing multiple key stakeholders
Excels in an ambiguous environment while consistently delivering the right results with limited guidance
Sense of urgency and ownership from start to finish; solutions-driven, models client service excellence
Experience with defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements in the talent identification process
Experienced in Excel functions (running and creating functions, pivot tables, charts, etc.) and PowerPoint
Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Partner, Director, and Professional level searches including market research to identify potential candidates
Conduct consultative intake calls, partnering with Human Resources and hiring managers to understand business priorities, role requirements, and target profiles
Develop comprehensive search strategies to identify and attract highly qualified candidates, and referrals
Your expertise in networking with the best in the industry while utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, Industry forums, and other recruiting search tools will be invaluable
Lead recurring calibration progress meetings on active searches with key stakeholders
Provide strategic guidance and advice in a true partnership
Proactively drive candidate progress and play a pivotal role in decision-making at each stage
Establish talent networks in the market, tapping knowledgeable industry sources to develop an ongoing pipeline and to ensure connection to the greater market
Continually contribute to the knowledge base of the broader executive recruiting function by sharing profiles, intelligence, and best practices
Establish and nurture meaningful relationships with key internal stakeholders and external resources, including the Regional Leadership team and Human Resources
Succeed in a performance and metric-driven environment, where the quality of hire, hiring manager and candidate experience, time to fill, and diversity of slates are important to our success

This position will be a hybrid role (office in SF Bay area) while meeting weekly (remotely) with our Recruitment Manager in MA.

Requirements and skills
• 7 -10 years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience
• 5+ years of experience in Executive/Partner/Managing Director recruiting
• Experience recruiting in the Professional Services industry preferred
• Demonstrated experience working with and influencing multiple key stakeholders
• Excels in an ambiguous environment while consistently delivering the right results with limited guidance
• Sense of urgency and ownership from start to finish; solutions-driven, models client service excellence
• Experience with defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements in the talent identification process
• Experienced in Excel functions (running and creating functions, pivot tables, charts, etc.) and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree preferred
