About This Opportunity
The purpose of this role is to lead sales activity, maximize revenue and grow key partnerships across Canada.
The chosen candidate will be leading the development and implementation of sales strategy, sales-driven initiatives with Marketing and managing and maintaining our CRM system for accurate and valuable forecasting and planning.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Responsible for the commercialization of Hivestack Canada outbound product and services, lead the team to develop and maintain relationships with advertisers, and use a variety of business methods to achieve established sales targets
Build predictable and repeatable outbound sales funnel processes and best practices across multiple teams
Be the face of Hivestack in industry events especially focused on outbound sales
Contribute to the overall sales strategy of the company
What do you need to perform in this job
Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing or Media/Communications
6 to 8 years experience in digital advertising/advertising technology/programmatic advertising
pDOOH experience is preferred
Professional and highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with expertise in building relationships with external clients, as well as driving cross-functional cooperation with internal teams
Resilient and accountable “can do” mindset to overcome day-to-day obstacles and challenges
Strengths in doing client service, account management, digital advertising or advertising technology
Presentable and build trustworthy relationship with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and effective presentation skills
Strong ability to create new clients and generate revenue, can do reporting and forecast accurately
Represent the Hivestack brand and lift profile in market
Sound understanding of Programmatic Advertising and the landscape in Canada
Sound understanding of Out of Home landscape in Canada
Develop Agency Strategy to achieve revenue goals
Liaise with Marketing to develop collateral for region and go-to market plans
Strong understanding of the Hivestack Platform and ability to present and demonstrate its capabilities
Excellent English communication skill
Programmatic and/or digital experience
Out of Home Sales experience
Proven track record of success
Experience in using Salesforce or a CRM system
