Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join the Outland Recruiting team. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and presenting top-tier candidates who are well-suited for key roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the client to understand their specific needs and objectives related to management and plant management positions.
Execute the end-to-end recruitment process for executive and senior-level roles, from sourcing and screening to interview and presentation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client to facilitate effective communication and alignment on executive recruitment strategy.
Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top executive talent within the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices to ensure executive recruitment strategies are aligned with the industry's evolving landscape.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators relevant to executive recruitment efforts.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Recruiter with a focus on technical positions
Familiarity with industry-specific tools, technology, and applicant tracking systems.
LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc
Experienced in the full recruiting funnel, from sourcing to offer negotiations
Comfortable interviewing Candidates
