Job Description:

Academic Program Oversight:

Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of academic programs at the campus.

Collaborate with faculty to ensure lesson plans align with industry standards and accreditation requirements.

Faculty Leadership and Development:

Provide leadership and guidance to faculty members, fostering a positive and collaborative teaching environment.

Conduct regular faculty evaluations, set performance expectations, and identify opportunities for professional development.

Student Success and Support:

Implement strategies to enhance student success, retention, and satisfaction.

Collaborate with student services to address academic concerns, provide support services, and facilitate a positive learning experience.

Accreditation and Compliance:

Strategic Planning:

Work with the IT department to implement and support technological advancements in classrooms and online learning environments.

Quality Assurance:

Implement quality assurance measures to monitor and improve the effectiveness of educational programs.

Conduct regular assessments of faculty performance, curriculum relevance, and student outcomes.

Facilitate Professional Development:

Implement a robust professional development program for faculty, focusing on enhancing teaching effectiveness, staying updated on industry advancements, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Encourage faculty participation in conferences, workshops, and training sessions to stay abreast of best practices.

Student Engagement and Advocacy:

Qualifications:
